Each item is made-to-order based on the details you provide during checkout. Because of this, orders cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded once production has started. Please double-check your order details, including size, color, and shipping information before submitting your purchase.

3. Returns and Refunds

We do not offer returns or refunds unless a product is defective, damaged, or misprinted. If an issue occurs, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. You will have to file a claim through Printify.com’s resolution process to ensure a fair and timely outcome.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Printify manages the production and shipping of all orders. Delivery times may vary depending on location, supplier, and carrier performance. ThatFunnyShirt.Store is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

We do not guarantee that products will meet your expectations or that colors will exactly match on-screen previews, as variations can occur during the printing process.
