At ThatFunnyShirt.Store, every order is custom printed and fulfilled by our trusted production partner, Printify.com. Because products are made-to-order, shipping times may vary depending on your location, production partner, and carrier performance.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received. During peak seasons, holidays, or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer. Once your order has been fulfilled, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
2. Shipping Times
Delivery estimates depend on your location and the production partner used. Typical delivery times are:
- United States & Canada: 5–10 business days
- International Orders: 10–20 business days
These are estimates only and may vary based on carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.
3. Tracking Your Order
Once shipped, tracking information will be sent automatically to the email address you provided at checkout. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on item weight, destination, and fulfillment partner. You’ll see all costs before confirming your purchase.
5. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
ThatFunnyShirt.Store is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments once an order has been handed over to the carrier. If your order is damaged in transit or does not arrive, please file a claim through Printify.com and their associated production partner.
6. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We cannot change addresses once an order has been sent to production, and refunds cannot be issued for packages delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address.
7. International Shipping & Customs
International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in the product or shipping cost.
