At ThatFunnyShirt.Store, every product is made-to-order through our trusted production partner, Printify.com. Because each item is printed specifically for you, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind.

🧾 Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please file a claim directly through Printify’s resolution system to ensure a prompt replacement or refund. Please include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and supporting photos.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Since all shirts are custom printed on demand, we cannot accept returns unless there is a verified manufacturing or printing defect. This policy ensures that all products meet Printify’s quality control standards and health regulations for apparel.

🚚 Shipping Issues

ThatFunnyShirt.Store is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or errors caused by incorrect addresses entered during checkout. If tracking indicates a delivery issue, please contact the carrier directly or reach out to us so we can help facilitate a resolution.
